Private Movement Session

Project Body offers private in-house movement sessions that are completely tailored to your body's needs. By combining Pilates, Yoga, and Myofascial Release we create body awareness, strength & stability, flexibility & mobility, recovery & longevity. This gentle yet powerful therapeutic approach supports overall health.

Whatever your body projects are, whether you are wanting more strength and stability, mobility and flexibility, are recovering from an injury/surgery, are training for a specific event, are post-baby and want to return back to exercise, and prefer a private in-house session, together we will create a programme for you to sequence your body back towards balance and functional movement.
